participants strong and a alot of fun.It was a very hot summer day but we managed to find ample shade to enjoy
our late afternoon/evening swap.We had
several new swappers and tons of delicious food.
Thank you to everyone who
came out and shared their creations. I
am always impressed with the new items we get to enjoy each time we meet.
Thank you to everyone who came out for the first Long Beach Food Swap. It was the the perfect summer day to hang out in the backyard, meet new friends, sample and swap food. If you were not able to attend, here are just a few things you missed... backyard eggs, cookies, bread, jams, summer squash, tomatoes, oranges, thai peanut sauce, rosemary simply syrup, sauerkraut and lots more. We will be swapping again on August 18. Until then... keep growing/baking/fermenting/eating!
